Volunteer at the 7th Annual Caribbean Heritage Sports Competition! Grab a friend, support an incredible event and have a great time doing it!
We have the following volunteer positions available:
Setup Volunteers
- Shift starts at 7:00 am and ends at 8:30 am.
- Help erect VIP, First Aid and Volunteer Tents.
- Set up Tables, Chairs, Banners and Signs for VIP, First Aid and Volunteer Tents.
- Set up Water Station.
Assistant Coordinator
- Shift starts at 7:00 am.
- Assists contingents with questions.
- Help vendors find staging location.
- Ensure waivers are collected and wristbands on.
Village Volunteers
- First Aid Tent – Shift starts at 9:00 am and ends at 6:00 pm.
- VIP Tent – Shift starts at 9:00 am and ends at 6:00 pm.
- Volunteer Tent: Shift starts at 9:00 am and ends at 6:00 pm.
- Water Station: Shift starts at 9:00 am and ends at 6:00 pm.
- Trash/Recycle Station: Shift starts at 9:00 am and ends at 6:00 pm.
- Parking Assistant: Shift starts at 9:00 am and ends at 6:00 pm.

Photographers
- We need your help to capture the memories of the day!
Take Down Volunteers
- Shift starts at 6:00 pm.
- Help disassemble tents, fold tables and pack chairs.
- Motivate vendors and community association to disassemble their tents and stations.
What is provided: Each volunteer will receive a volunteer T-shirt, lunch and refreshments.
What to wear: Athletic apparel (dress comfortably) and proper running shoes.
Where to park: Free parking is available onsite and around the park.
